1. The data we collect
We collect as little as possible. There is no account system on this site, and nothing here requires you to register.
Information you give us
- Contact details — your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and whatever you choose to write when you message us by email, WhatsApp or through a link on this site.
- Project information — details about your business, requirements, existing systems or files you send us so we can quote or deliver work.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and pages visited. This is standard web server and analytics data.
- Usage data — which pages are viewed and for how long, used to understand what is useful and what is not.
We do not collect payment card details on this website. Any payment is handled directly between you and the payment provider, or by invoice outside this site.
2. How we use it
Your data is used only for the purposes below:
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project.
- To prepare quotes, deliver work you have engaged us for, and provide support afterwards.
- To send invoices and keep the accounting records we are legally required to keep.
- To understand how the site is used, so it can be improved.
- To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations in the UAE.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We do not send marketing emails to people who have not asked for them.
3. Legal basis for processing
Where UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) applies, and where the EU/UK GDPR applies because you are located there, we rely on:
- Consent — when you voluntarily contact us or agree to non-essential analytics.
- Performance of a contract — to deliver work you have engaged us for.
- Legitimate interests — to operate, secure and improve the site, provided your rights do not override this.
- Legal obligation — to keep financial records and comply with applicable law.
4. Cookies and analytics
This site uses a minimal set of cookies. Essential cookies keep the site working and cannot be switched off. Analytics cookies, where enabled, help us count visits and understand which pages are useful.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site working correctly.
Some pages may embed third-party content (for example fonts or video). Those providers may set their own cookies and are governed by their own privacy policies.
5. Who we share data with
We share data only with service providers who help us run the business, and only to the extent they need it:
- Hosting and infrastructure — the providers who serve this website and store project files.
- Analytics providers — to produce aggregate statistics about site usage.
- Communication tools — email and messaging platforms used to correspond with you.
- Professional advisers — accountants or legal advisers, where necessary.
- Authorities — where we are legally required to disclose information.
These providers act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
6. International transfers
We are based in the United Arab Emirates and some of our service providers operate servers outside the UAE. Where personal data is transferred across borders, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected to a standard consistent with UAE PDPL requirements and, where applicable, GDPR safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
7. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become projects — kept up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Client and project records — kept for the duration of the engagement and afterwards for as long as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes.
- Analytics data — retained in aggregate form.
When data is no longer needed for these purposes, it is deleted or anonymised.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Request deletion of your data, where we are not required to keep it.
- Restrict or object to certain processing.
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
- Complain to the relevant data protection authority.
To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity first.
9. Security
We use HTTPS across the entire site, keep access to client data limited to those who need it, and use reputable providers with their own security controls.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal data and poses a risk to you, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.
10. Children
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the business or the law changes. The version in force is the one published on this page, and the date at the top reflects the most recent update. Material changes will be made clear on this page.
