Haven Properties is invented; the tours are real 360° photographs. Drag inside the viewer to look around, switch rooms from the buttons or by tapping the floor plan, filter the listings, and move the mortgage sliders to see the monthly figure change.

Real 360°, not a slideshow
Equirectangular panoramas rendered per-pixel in WebGL — drag to look anywhere in the room, including up.
Floor plan wired to the tour
Tap a room on the plan and the viewer moves there. It reads as one system rather than two widgets.
Filters that actually filter
Type, bedrooms and budget narrow the list instantly, with the count updating as you go.
Mortgage maths on the page
Down payment, term and rate sliders recompute the monthly figure live — the question every buyer asks first.

Under it

How this is put together.

A production build would pull listings from a CMS or a portal feed, host tours on a CDN, and wire the enquiry form to a CRM. The viewer itself is about eighty lines of WebGL — no 3D library.
