Consulting

A straight answer, fast.

Most bad technology spending comes from one wrong decision made early with no one qualified in the room. An hour with someone who builds this daily is the cheapest insurance you can buy.

What it covers

Decisions worth getting right.

Bring the specific question. Vague conversations produce vague advice.

Build or buy
Whether a custom build is justified or an existing tool already does 90% of it for a monthly fee. Usually it's the second one.
Why the site isn't converting
A proper walkthrough of where visitors drop off and what to change first — ranked by impact, not by effort.
Automation triage
Which parts of your operation are worth automating, which aren't, and roughly what each would cost to do properly.
Quote and proposal review
You've been quoted 30,000 AED for something. I'll tell you if that's fair, inflated, or missing things it should include.
Stack decisions
What to commit to and what you'll regret in eighteen months, given your team, your budget and your actual needs.
Working with developers
How to brief, scope and manage a build so you don't end up owning something you can't maintain.

Process

How a session runs.

1
Send the question
A WhatsApp message or email with the actual problem, plus any links, quotes or screenshots. The more specific, the more useful the answer.
Before we talk
2
I look before we speak
I go through what you sent first, so the session is spent on answers rather than on me catching up.
Beforehand
3
The session
A focused call. Direct answers, including the ones you may not want to hear. No slide deck.
45–60 min
4
Written summary
The recommendation, why, and the next steps in order — short enough to read, concrete enough to act on.
Within 24h
5
Ongoing if useful
Some clients keep a monthly retainer for continuous input as things come up. Optional, never assumed.
If you want it

Pricing

What it costs.

One-off sessions are quoted based on how much prep the question needs — message me and you'll get the number before you commit to anything. Ongoing advisory runs as a monthly retainer at 800–1,500 AED, which also covers site updates and SEO work.

Questions

Before you book.

What kind of problems do you consult on?
Should we build this or buy it. Why isn't our site converting. Can this be automated and is it worth it. Which stack to commit to. Whether the quote you've been given is reasonable. Practical decisions with money attached.
Do you review work other people built?
Yes, and it's one of the more useful things I do. A second opinion on a site, a quote or a proposed build usually costs less than the mistake it prevents.
Will you tell me not to build something?
Often. The most valuable answer is frequently 'you don't need this yet' or 'an off-the-shelf tool does this for 50 AED a month'. You're paying for a straight answer, not for me to find work.
What happens after the session?
You get a short written summary — the recommendation, the reasoning, and the concrete next steps in order. Something you can act on or hand to whoever builds it, including if that isn't me.
Can this turn into a build?
It can, and often does, but there's no obligation and no pressure. If you'd rather take the plan elsewhere, that's a completely fine outcome.

Other things I build.

Most projects end up using more than one of these.

Tell me what you're trying to build.

No forms, no phone tag. Pick whichever of these you actually use — I answer all of them myself, usually within a few hours.
