Questions
Fair questions to ask.
What can actually be automated?
Anything that follows a rule and eats your time: replying to the same enquiry twenty times a day, moving leads into a sheet, chasing invoices, posting content, generating reports, qualifying enquiries before they reach you. If you can describe the steps, it can usually be built.
Is this just a ChatGPT wrapper?
No. A chatbot that guesses is a liability. What I build is a workflow with real logic and real data behind it — the AI handles the language part, and hard rules handle anything involving money, bookings or promises to customers.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
Anything sensitive gets a human checkpoint by design. The agent drafts, you approve. Where full automation is safe I'll build it, and where it isn't I'll tell you rather than sell you something that will embarrass you later.
Do I need to already use specific software?
It helps but it isn't required. Most tools worth automating have an API — WhatsApp Business, Gmail, Sheets, Notion, Shopify, HubSpot, Airtable and so on. If yours doesn't, I'll tell you before you pay anything.
What does it cost to run each month?
Usually a few dollars to a few tens of dollars in API and platform fees, depending on volume. I estimate this up front and build with cheaper models where quality allows, so the running cost doesn't creep.
