In 2025 and 2026, the bar shifted. "Best" no longer means most features or most impressive demos. It means: measurable time saved, clear ROI within 30 days, low maintenance after setup, doesn't require a technical team to run. If a tool doesn't meet those criteria, it didn't make this list. Period.
